Here are a few home treatment for acne tips that have worked very well for me and many other acne sufferers.
Tip #1
We all know that drinking plenty of water is not only healthy for your body, especially your skin. Water takes out the toxins that are in your body which help trigger your acne.
Tip #2
Cutting down on sugars. A key to healthier looking skin and clearing your acne is to lower your sugar intake.
Tip #3
Face your face. I know you know to always wash your face, but there is something you should remember when using face washes. Never wash your face too much. By washing your face too much, you can increase the dryness of your skin. Dryness is not good for your skin or your acne, as dryness of your skin can cause breakouts.
